COVID-19 Policy

Dear Valued Client, 

Innate Beauty Medspa will continue to protect our clients, our staff, and the community, so certain measures will be taken. All clients will also be required to sign our COVID Attestation and Consent Form. *If you want the CO2, erbium, Juliet, or tattoo removal laser treatments, you will need to provide results of a recent negative PCR or Antibody test for COVID prior to receiving treatment.* This test is not currently required for IPL, lasergenesis, hair removal, or rosacea treatments (but may revert, depending on COVID activity). 

If you are reticent about going out in public, you may purchase products on our NEW Online Store. We can ship your products to you, or may have them available if you want to drop by the office for pickup.

Please stay healthy, in the meantime. If you have had symptoms, or are in contact with people who are at risk, please postpone your elective cosmetic procedure.

Please know we are ensuring our team members are closely following CDC and OSHA guidelines. The safety and wellness of our guest and team members have always been our top priority. We have not traveled to affected areas, and show no sign of illness. We are all completely vaccinated, but will continue to wear masks  and face shields, as some of our clients may be susceptible.

In return, please follow the same rules for yourself for your appointment. We advise using your best judgment if you feel unwell; please cancel and reschedule at least two weeks later online, if you are remotely concerned or have risk factors.

If you are feverish, coughing or sneezing upon arrival, we will reschedule you, and it will be considered a no-show.

No soup for you.

To ensure guest safety, we want to make you aware of the precautions that we are taking to reduce the impact of COVID-19:

😷 We have air purifiers with UV in each room, to reduce common allergy triggers from particulates such as pollen, mold spores, dander, and dust, as well as reduction of viral particles. 

😷 We have Face Shields and N95 masks for our staff to wear during your visit. Unfortunately, we don’t have enough to share with our clients, so please bring your own mask. You will be treated only if you wear a mask in.

😷 Dr. Ling has separated appointment slots in the schedule, to reduce the number of clients in the waiting area at any single point in time. 

😷 Our restrooms are cleaned every 1-2 hours and our entire facility is thoroughly sanitized before we open our doors each day, and every night.

😷 We use new sheets between each client, or have removed bedding entirely.

😷 An automatic hand dryer with UV will be installed.

😷 We regularly clean surfaces, knobs, and handles, with Cavicide or Sanicloth wipes between patients.

😷 We wash hands between every client, and use gloves and PPE during procedures.

😷 We encourage you to use our restroom facilities to wash your hands before and after your service, but please leave the soap for others. We have a list of recommended songs to help you complete the 20 seconds of washing.
